  Job Description

HYPACK seeks an outstanding Customer Fulfillment Associate. The successful candidate will fulfill software and equipment orders for the HYPACK Sales and Customer Support departments. The role is customer-facing (and located at the front of the office) and requires a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities include picking from inventory, packaging, shipping and receiving, inventory entry, invoice preparation, payment processing, and fulfilling software license orders. Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities: • Communicates promptly and reliably with customers, Sales personnel, and Customer Support by phone, email or in-person, especially to receive and understand customer orders. • Accurately picks customer orders from inventory according to established quality standards • Packages and prepares materials for shipping • Ships materials to customers using approved vendors • Generates software licenses and sends these to customers by email • Prepares and invoices customers for materials and services (ship/bill) • Processes customer payments received by phone or email • Receives shipments and updates the inventory database • Keeps work areas clean of waste and empty boxes • Adheres to all quality and safety standards • Other duties as assigned o Receives visitors; directs visitors to sign in; notifies appropriate HYPACK employee o Answers telephones; directs telephone calls as required, takes and processes telephone orders o Manages supplies & ordering for office, housekeeping, and kitchen supplies o Manages office mail (retrieve from mailbox, sort/distribute, operate postage machine, post mail)

Part 2 - Job Description

Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification: • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment considered an asset • Knowledge of order management (ERP) systems and experience in data entry are considered an asset • Strict attention to detail to ensure customer orders are processed, picked, packed and shipped as required • Strong interpersonal communication skills; the abilities to ask questions, think critically, and actively seek guidance from others are important • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, tact, and patience especially in customer interactions • Must show a willingness to learn, and a willingness to take on new responsibilities • Must be able to multi-task and solve problems in a fast-paced environment • Should be familiar with or have the potential to learn about the company’s products and customer base • Must demonstrate an affinity for technology and the ability to learn internal software such as inventory, invoicing, and software key systems • Familiarity with the Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and MS Office Word, Outlook, and Excel, with. Physical Demands: • Regularly required to sit or stand, reach, bend and move about the facility • Regularly required to talk and hear • Regularly required to use hands and fingers • Regularly required to walk, sit, or stand • Occasionally lift and or move up to 25 lbs. • Vision or corrected vision for close, distance and peripheral vision Work Environment: • Office: Standard office equipment; work usually performed in an office setting free from any disagreeable elements. • Standard weekly job hours: 40 hours • Travel: Not Required
