The IT team is seeking an innovative, adaptable, and results-oriented SuccessFactors Integration Consultant. The role requires the individual to understand the business process and system processes between SuccessFactors and SAP HR (especially PA and OM Modules). The Consultant will be required to partner with Project Managers, Business Stakeholders, and other IT group?leads both in the US and the UK. The role involves troubleshooting, analyzing, validating and managing the integration incidents, change requests, business processes and high-level solution designs.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Strong Technical and Functional Knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP-HR modules (PA, OM, Payroll, etc.)
  • Act as an Integration Consultant representing company IT to other vendor partners
  • Familiar with SuccessFactors configuration
  • Work with the Product Owners, Project Managers, Business Process System Administrators and Vendor Partner Resources in troubleshooting Key Integration Incidents
  • Identify the root cause of the SuccessFactors to SAP Data Replication Issues and provide solutions
  • Work with the Product Owner to confirm the delivered solution is in fulfillment of the stated requirements
  • Drive defect identification and resolution through the test cycles
  • Support business through the test cycles
  • Provide Key User training to the business leads and support them through the End user training
  • Provide status update to the project managers, product owners, and business process system administrators on a weekly basis

Qualifications:

  • Experience with at least 2 SuccessFactors Implementation projects as an integration consultant where the data is mastered in SF but sent to SAP ECC. Experience with the Employee Central, Learning Management, and Compensation Planning and Recruiting modules
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst in SAP-HR. Experience with the SAP-ISU is a plus
  • Conversant with Waterfall and Agile Methodology
  • Experience using HP ALM tool or ServiceNow
  • Ability to work with team across multiple countries and locations
  • Highly developed oral, written, negotiation, facilitation and consensus building skills
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Experience working in Utilities industry highly preferred
