Department Description:

  • The Client Corporate Relations team, under the Corporate and Community Impact Department, manages the company’s corporate citizenship services, including grants, programs and sponsorships, executive and special events, community activities and employee engagement.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 12 Months contract – On-site at MOB



Provide administrative support for department manager and team members, including:

  • Scheduling, copying and printing, phone coverage, filing and organizing, proofreading and editing, meeting space preparation, placing reservations and catering orders


Team support for:

  • Event planning coordination
  • Coordination of employee volunteer programs and activities
  • Assistance with Client Crown Lights program
  • Preparation of presentations, reports and other requested documents
  • Coordination of on-line tools – Constant Contact, Survey Monkey, Cyber Grants
  • Organization of ticket distribution
  • Coordination of program ad requests
  • Maintain archive of photographs
  • Organize and maintain Corporate Relations promotional materials (i.e. giveaways)
  • Handle banner distribution and retrieval
  • Interface with internal and external partners to: support outreach, schedule meetings; coordinate monthly reports for distribution; maintain communication content for internet and intranet



Support Community Partnerships/Sponsorships

  • Big Brothers Big Sisters – coordinate bi-weekly program visit scheduling, venue space and catering, serve as a liaison for BBBS/participating school and Client participants and plan annual field trip and community service activity


Susan G. Komen Walk – coordinate yearly team participation, outreach correspondence, coordinate and implement day of event and execute post-event reconciliation


Employee Giving Campaign (EGC) – support for event coordination, data management and serve as EGC Champion liaison; fulfill correspondence with Client donors, organize and maintain donor information: donation forms, and corresponding date entry, field queries and requests.


  • May occasionally require travel within surrounding Philadelphia area to provide event support
  • As requested, provide back-up phone coverage to the office of the SVP/VPs of REA, and the media line
  • Other appropriate assignments, as requested


Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, two years post-secondary education preferred, bachelor’s degree a plus
  • 3-4 years of administrative support experience, with some experience in purchasing, scheduling and coordinating events, volunteer experience will be considered
  • Excellent written and oral communication, and organization skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and TEAMS, and associated software applications
  • Must be detail-oriented and possess the ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential and professional manner
