Remote Locations: Baltimore, MD Boston, MA Houston, TX Los Angeles, CA and San Diego, CA

Summary:

  • Seeking a detail-oriented individual to help with account and project management and ongoing support for the Media & Community Partnerships team.
  • The Media & Community Partnerships team works with partners across entertainment and digital creators across the family of apps.
  • The Partner Development Coordinator's role is to provide support for a variety of projects across our global partner management team to help partners meet their desired outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Partner Managers to track and document client issues while proactively flagging trends
  • Support Partner Managers with partner inquiries and/or triage to appropriate support teams
  • See partner and client issues to completion and review inbound with Partnerships teams on a regular basis
  • Coordinate global partner management projects and facilitate information-sharing across teams and regions
  • Execute partner program processes and data management in order to support global partner managers
  • Active participant and organizer in key cross functional work streams to assist with partner manager workflows
  • Track and report project and partner progress, update documentation
  • Collaborate frequently and closely with the team to ensure project tasks and partner needs are executed on time
  • Assist in the development and upkeep of materials to support partner programs
  • Review lists of data and quality control as needed

Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S. degree
  • 4+ years of experience in an account management, online operations, project management or product support environment
  • Experience working with digital talent and their teams
  • Experience working with operational workflows and processes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organization skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM tools and Excel
  • Experience working with external stakeholders and clients
