Location – Hybrid


Job description:

  • Designer with Bra design and construction experience required. Candidate will work with the team from concept to execution.
  • Material sourcing, sketching, tech packs, BOMs, Design concept and research, problem solving, team player.


  • Product Design - With direction from Design and Category management, uses advanced design skills to create original, innovative concepts and designs that appropriately reflect design philosophy & standards. Advances design image, product performance, and inspires targeted consumers.
  • Contributes to seasonal creative strategy for products and line segments.
  • Design Execution - proactively follows the execution of all product details including: construction detail, color, form, style, detail, fit performance, graphic application, trim, etc. Reviews samples and clearly communicates changes to ensure timely completion of each project.
  • Leverages excellent knowledge and practice in all phases o product execution; shares knowledge and advancements with others.
  • Process/Timeline - Works with design leadership and Category team members in Design, Development, and Product Management to ensure feasibility of designs, meeting price points, merchandising needs and product creation timelines.
  • Communication - Communicates and presents design concepts to various internal and external audiences along with more senior Designers.
  • Produces presentation materials in conjunction with the Design and Category teams that effectively communicate the concept behind the line for internal and external audiences.

Skill/Knowledge Development

  • Proactively works with Design management and Expert Designers to advance and build personal portfolio of design skills, experiences, and product/process knowledge.
  • Provides design support for design team as needed outside of assigned product load.
  • Mentors more junior designers.


  • Minimum of 6 years progressively technically sophisticated experience in product design.
  • Ability to manage up to 3-4 projects per season at any level up to A.
  • Proven advanced ability to apply and perform design skills (drawing/sketching, ideation, color theory, texture, visual presentation).
  • Knowledge and sensitivity to trends influencing design in athletic industry. Demonstrated ability to create market-appropriate product designs within set timelines.
  • Effective use of computer design applications.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including ability to make persuasive presentations to senior management.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines.
