Responsibilities:

  • Project management of vendor contracting process from intake to execution for approximately 30 active Consumer Insights contracts at any given time
  • Negotiating MSAs and building positive relationships with new vendors
  • Processing Work Orders and Change Orders for new projects with existing vendors
  • Assessing personal data privacy requirements and facilitating DPSE Amendments
  • Partnering with and tailoring communications towards Legal, Privacy, Risk, Vendor, and Business partners to drive clarity across teams and ensure timely and effective process management
  • Coordinating creation of supplier payment profiles within Coupa and Aravo
  • Facilitating and troubleshooting invoicing across Coupa and Aravo
  • Effective cross-functional stakeholder management
  • Serve as a central contact for contracting process questions and individual status updates
  • Accurately maintain team’s contract and purchase order databases, and ensure process documentation is up-to-date
  • Misc. projects as needed by request

 

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ business experience, with prior experience in vendor management, procurement, or a service-oriented operations role
  • Experience working with contracts including partnering with legal, privacy, vendors, and business departments
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build key relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proven ability to reframe and simplify technical communications to diverse audiences
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential problems
  • Ability to dynamically prioritize with several projects in process at all times
  • Maintain detailed, accurate and organized files
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience with market research data, personal data handling requirements, preferred
  • Previous experience with Coupa, Salesforce, Aravo, and Aha!, preferred
