Scrum Master in Morrisville, NC

We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading Agile/Scrum teams and will be responsible for facilitating the Agile/Scrum process, coaching and mentoring team members, and ensuring the team is following Agile/Scrum practices and principles.

Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile/Scrum teams in the development of software products
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile/Scrum practices and principles
• Work with product owners to prioritize backlog items and ensure the team is delivering value to the customer
• Identify and remove impediments that are preventing the team from achieving their goals
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to improve the overall Agile/Scrum process across the organization
• Monitor and report on team progress using Agile/Scrum metrics
• Continuously improve the Agile/Scrum process by incorporating feedback from team members

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred.
• Certified scrum master, SAFe preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a scrum master.
• Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams in the development of software products
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent knowledge and experience with JIRA
• Strong analytical skills.
