Medical Technologist (Phone Support)/Technical Service Representative in Irving, TX

Position: Technical Service Representative

Local candidates only

Available to work odd shifts, weekends & Holiday in our 24x7x365 Technical Call Center - Good “soft skills” are a must as this is a Customer facing phone support role

Shift Details: Training is on site for the first 3-6 weeks, depending on the candidate.

After training is complete, work is remote for the short term. This could change at any time should Senior Leadership determine we need to work in the Irving office.

The expectation around remote work is that the person has a quiet place to work free from any background noise & has a high bandwidth internet connection.

• Education: Associate degree with 2-3 years lab experience will be considered.. Other “science degrees” are NOT equivalent e.g., Political Science, Computer Science, etc.
• Experience: 2-3 years’ experience in a hospital laboratory
• Lab experience in a classroom setting, reference lab, research lab, etc. is NOT equivalent
• Experience using Abbott diagnostic laboratory equipment is a plus
