Local to Foxboro, MA (Can be: 100% remote and/or Hybrid)

 

Summary

  • This role will play an active and important role in supporting transformation project that will reshape its product-data information system.
  • This support role will mainly involve analyzing, extracting and updating data from legacy data sources and transfer it to other systems within ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze requirements
  • Work closely with global business stakeholders
  • Analyze and extract data from legacy data sources
  • Review, augment, and transfer data to other systems within ecosystem

Education:

  • B.E/B TECH (CS OR IT)

Functional Skills:

  • Total 4 to 6 years of relevant experience
  • Competent with database
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Strong business analysis exposure
  • Exposure to Jira or equivalent tools to aid agile delivery
  • Stakeholder management

Business / Soft Skills:

  • Details oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and with avid passion for people development
  • Must have solid presentation, communication (on complex technical solutions) and inter-personal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with globally dispersed stakeholders from business.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage and make decisions about competing priorities.
