Job Description:

  • Create robocall messages to be merged with specific customer lists/create Robo calls to customers on various job types. Track and report these results.
  • Document the info and use Excel to put together a master list
  • Customer service work
  • Must have Microsoft suite Skills ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint) as well as clear verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow up via phone with customer directly
