Knowledge & Experience Required:
- Experience coaching agile teams as a Scrum Master.
- Experience in tool improvement and tool integrations.
- Proven knowledge of Agile software development process and practices.
- Proven success at helping teams adopts and applies agile/lean principles and practices.
- Experience in SDLC in Agile, Hybrid and Waterfall, through knowledge of Agile Transformation process
- Scrum Master Certification is a must
Main Interfaces:
- With US Business Team to deliver business value through systems implementations.
- With internal and external development resources to design and develop business solutions
- With the program team for the operation of the governance process and visibility into project and development process
- With Project managers and scrum masters to manage issues and dependencies
- With System Architects to design and deliver architectural enabling product features
- With Service Strategy team to get the necessary process capture for operation readiness
