Job Details

• QCTS Coordinator has a thorough knowledge of required job skills in equipment sanitization and pipette maintenance program.
• Provides technical support services to the QC Laboratories.
• Schedules and Coordinates pipette quarterly calibrations for QC, coordinates and communicates with QC labs vendor calibration activities, such as repairs or issues.
• Communicates out of specifications events for pipettes found at the time of calibration.
• Cleans and sanitizes QC equipment such as incubators, refrigerators, biosafety cabinets, cold/warm rooms, water baths as scheduled, or as requested. Monitors standard and reagent usage and places orders based on predicted testing schedule, or per request.
• Performs routine and non-routine tasks with guidance from Supervisor or designee.
• Performs peer review of equipment PM cleanings. Authors and revises relevant procedures.
• Is accountable for adhering to company standards, guidelines and values.
• Work is completed following routine laboratory procedures and established SOPs utilizing Labware LIMS system

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent/2+ years of relevant experience/education, computer proficiency.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word and Excel.
• Good organizational skills.
• Strong attention to details along with the excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be a team player.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate degree /4+ years of equivalent experience/education.
• Experience with LWLIMS, PDOCS.
• Knowledge of GMP compliance requirements for Quality Control laboratories.
