Job Summary:          

The project manager will coordinate activities, assign task owners and due dates, and communicate updates to key stakeholders. Team progress will be monitored and performance against the project plan. Ownership of the successful implementation of a set of projects that collectively can comprise a program. 


Essential Functions:

  • Following a standard project management methodology, develop and execute a project plan that includes requirements analysis, scope, implementation, testing, and deployment
  • Develop, prioritize, and submit project plans, budgets, and methodologies across a range of key projects
  • Monitor progress and performance against the project plan
  • Identify and resolve operational problems and minimize delays
  • Establish frameworks to track milestones, objectives, communicate progress and help identify issues early on
  • Assess the degree to which changes to scope, issues and risks will affect projects, working with department and division management and sponsor to gain agreement for resolution
  • Communicate project progress by producing project reports to provide timely and accurate project status and decision support to Project Team, Division, Cross Division and Executive Management.  Makes recommendations based on current project status to resolve issues. 

Other Duties:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize and delegate work in a dynamic environment, and coordinate activities across teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and people skills; ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical users
  • Knowledge of software development practices (e.g. Agile and tools (e.g. JIRA/ Confluence)
  • Develop training and/or supporting materials
  • Other coordination activities as needed
  • Other tasks assigned as necessary

  • Receives technical/team methodology direction from CRM Solutions Manager and IT Product Owners

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; minimum of 2 years of IT related experience, or the equivalent combination of education experience.
  • Demonstrated competency in project coordination
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt 


  • PMP certification
  • Demonstrated experience with larger teams – remote teams
  • Understanding of software – (not required)
