- Project engineer is responsible for the engineering and technical disciplines needed to complete a project.
- The project engineer works to plan projects, establish project criteria, coordinate project reviews, and ensure the proper implementation of project elements.

- Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned engineering projects
- Sourcing of electronic components for prototype devices
- Collaborate daily with team Client team members to gather requirements and deliverables
- Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans,) and report regularly on project status
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
- Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions

- This role will help the electrical engineering team be successful on their design and development by:
Job Responsibilities:
- This person will support the project manager and project teams on electrical engineering board development.
- Monitor status of rework or outstanding board bring-ups issues and ensure engineers are responding in a timely manner
- Work with GSM (purchasing) and electrical engineering team to identify and source difficult-to-find electronic components
- Keep up the chase for components by checking daily
- Maintain a tracked inventory of components and distribute to builds as prioritized by the team
- Create purchase orders and monitor approval process to ensure PCB and assembly houses are ready to go
- Provide vendor onboarding support
- Inform team leads and project managers about about any timeline slips in a timely manner
- Assist project managers with preparing schedules and coordinating electrical engineering projects
- Schedule meetings with team and cross functional partners as required
