40 Hours per week, 9am-5pm.


Current expectations are onsite 3 days per week, but may change based on evolving corporate expectations – Hybrid – 2 days Remote from home.

 

Purpose:

  • Excellent project management capabilities, strong communications skills, good analytical and conceptual abilities, self- starter initiative, ability to prioritize while multi-tasking and team orientation are fundamental to success in this role.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Expert knowledge and understanding of Speaker Programs
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Identify various unmet needs and process improvements through to implementation
  • Manage on-going project content and deployment
  • Work with internal cross-functional teams and external vendor to ensure integration and consistency
  • Understanding of other functional areas and impact of relevant decisions
  • Consistently manage multiple priorities to deliver high-quality results in a timely fashion
  • Develop and execute high-impact communications and training as needed for new initiatives
  • Provide in-depth insights through ad hoc analysis as requested

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor ’s degree
  • Working knowledge of system software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative manner
  • 5+ years of similar work experience preferred
