  • In the rapidly growing and evolving digital marketing landscape, Digital Marketing has become an important area for BIAH Pet Vet.
  • We looking for energetic, self-starter with outstanding project management skills and strong digital marketing acumen to join our Pet Digital Marketing Team. 

looking for someone who has had these experiences and who has clearly demonstrated these skills in the following areas:

  • They must know all the channels (Media, Social, email, SMS, etc) and can build customer journeys
  • Managing Digital Campaigns: Consumer Paid Digital Media including social, programmatic online video & banners and search. Mapping/trafficking, tracking/measurement and analytics.
  • Email & SMS marketing Campaigns (preferably using Adobe Campaign)
  • Website content management and analytics (preferably experience with Drupal)
  • Digital Tools & Marketing Technology: Understanding and experience using website analytics tools (preferably Adobe Analytics), data management platforms (Preferably Adobe Audience Manager) and website personalization tools (Preferably Adobe Target)
  • Experience building customer journeys throughout every touchpoint (digital media to purchase)
  • Experience working with business partners both internally and externally (agencies). Able to clearly communicate marketing needs and drive projects through to completion.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead identified digital projects from beginning to go live to on-going analysis and optimizations. Digital projects to possibly include email and SMS campaigns, website updates – content and code updates and media campaign activations.
  • Assist with pulling reporting on digital initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimizations on a monthly basis
  • Understand digital platforms (preferably Adobe Experience Cloud), leveraging them for various digital marketing projects and campaigns as need to execute or measure results. a
  • Manage day-to-day communications with internal teams and agency partners on respective projects.
  • Engage across cross-functional partners Brand, PR, Legal & Regulatory, Branding & Content, IT, etc. to move digital projects forward.
  • Work closely with broader Digital Marketing Team to support as needed and apply digital best practices to digital projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
  • digital marketing experience required
