  Job Description

This role is NOT remote. Will work full-time in the office in Research Triangle Park, NC.

Must be local to the area or within drivable distance.



  • Communication and efficient time management are critical to this role.

  • Should have BPM (Business Process Modeling) experience.
  • Will support training initiatives.



  • Manage all aspects of Stewardship’s Learning Plan on the Excel Spreadsheet and in Success Factors (course assignments).
  • Upload new and revised courses and exams in Success Factors (including setting up reminder letters and courses for other languages)
  • Manage the list of Stakeholders globally who are assigning our Stewardship courses amongst their own teams, and communicate to them each time a new or revised Stewardship course is released.
  • Run course deficiency reports to ensure everyone in Stewardship is current on training
  • Run any completion reports that are needed to support the Recognition Program
  • Review all entries made by the Success Factors Service Center to ensure accuracy and completion
  • Work with learning management team and Service Center to set up Scheduled Offerings for the Workshops and administer costs after the fact
  • Manage translations for course materials (MS Teams)
  • Instructional design experience highly desired
  • Support SOP and reference document review
  • Management of periodic review deadlines to ensure all documents are up-to-date
  • Working with colleagues to update documents, assisting with formatting, grammar, updates to process maps, etc.
  • Strict attention to detail needed to ensure consistency between documentation in terms of terminology, format, etc.
  • MS Teams, OneNote experience highly desired
  • MS Office including Word, Visio, PowerPoint and Excel proficiency a must.
  • This role will work heavily with standardized documentation, experience drafting technical documentation and procedures needed.
  • Working knowledge of BPM language and process mapping a plus.
  • Review and update Document Management System DMS documentation
  • Upload final documentation after review to DMS
  • Monitor document periodic review deadlines to ensure periodic reviews are on track for on-time completion
  • Manage and support internal SharePoint site
  • Work to update internal SharePoint site with up-to-date information on a regular basis as new documents and other information are released.
  • SharePoint proficiency necessary (experience with SharePoint design a plus)
  • Support and update group intranet content
  • Work with communications team to update materials posted, give updates and ensure relevant data is current.



  • Intermediate - advanced level of experience with MS products, especially MSWord (formatting documents) and MS Excel (spreadsheets).
  • Will be responsible for the timely and accurate reformatting of manufacturing operating procedures and making necessary revisions per marked up copies.
  • Will also be responsible for tracking progress and reporting such on spreadsheets and/or MS PowerPoint slides
  • TWIC card is not needed.
