Michael’s desire to help build an inclusive workplaces led him to Rangam in 2021 as VP of Global Sales. Through his guidance, Rangam has expanded its footprint in AMEA and APAC, securing over 15 new clients while leading a team that averages 17% YOY growth.
Michael believes in employment for all and foresees the staffing industry heading toward a more inclusive labor market, which he is eager to engage. “The new generation of talent is more entrepreneurial than ever before. They have a desire for independence with an eagerness to make a meaningful impact”.
