We started our journey as a small homegrown business. With goals of connecting people to jobs and improving the way mental health is managed in schools, homes, and workplaces, we knew from the outset that it was imperative for everyone to foster shared values and responsibilities in order to be aligned with regard to prioritization of resources and deliverables. The tradition continues to this day.
