The Spectrum Careers is a trailblazing collaboration between Autism Speaks and Rangam Consultants, Inc. to promote inclusive employment in the autism community. The mission is to connect qualified individuals with autism and other disabilities to both employers and service providers via the www.thespectrumcareers.com portal.

Rangam, in collaboration with BCBAs and leading special education experts, has developed ColorsKit - a cutting-edge platform that narrows the gap in intervention delivery while offering life-skills training to neurodiverse job seekers. A team of experienced BCBA professionals work hands-on with service providers, job coaches, and employers to customize and integrate ColorsKit, focusing on critical elements of data collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting.

ColorsKit provides one of the best and leading applied behavior analysis (ABA) based intervention and professional training modules on mobile platforms. Teachers, students, caregivers, case managers, candidates, and hiring managers can all work within a synchronized holistic environment while enhancing the individual's learning outcomes and reducing costs.

SourceVetsTM is a program which enables separating military service men and women, veterans, reservists and military family members to receive health, wellness, and social support, as well as prepare for the transition to civilian life through an employment portal branded as SourceVets.com that lists a wide range of positions nationwide.

RANGAM CARES
LetUsConnect

Rangam is a major sponsor and supporter of LetUsConnect, a non-profit organization which provides the tools necessary to support the development of vocational and life skills training for individuals on the autism spectrum. Rangam’s President and CEO have donated their own land to support the LetUsConnect Employment Research Park, which has a plan to build 10 hydroponic greenhouses which will be used to serve both self-employment models as well as local, community-based employment.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH

Rangam also takes part in several other efforts to support both the community, as well as the initiatives we are passionate about, a few of which include:

  • Annual school supplies and food drives for local communities
  • Mentoring young women at DeVry University for STEM education
  • Supporting breast cancer awareness
  • Sponsoring and participating in autism awareness events

Rangam has undertaken several long-term measures not only to reduce carbon footprint, but also to minimize the consumption of natural resources. These measures include:

  • Energy savings through extensive use of LEDs
  • Conservation of water using sensor faucets
  • Adoption of scientific waste disposal and recycling practices (color-coded bins, e-waste recycling, etc.)
  • Creation of a paperless environment (70% achieved)
