Why Rangam

Empathy Drives Innovation

The philosophy of “Empathy Drives Innovation” is weaved into the fabric of who we are at Rangam. It is part of our DNA, shaping the organizational culture and competency. We believe that understanding and sharing the values of our customers, clients, and candidates motivates us to perform better by doing well while doing good. The pillars that support “Empathy Drives Innovation” are:

  • A culture of accountability stimulates proactive thinking and action. We at Rangam focus on developing our people in a manner that empowers them to feel intrinsically motivated to take initiatives and become more invested in the future of the organization. We recognize that highly engaged employees are personally accountable for their actions and do not wait for others to deliver results.

  • Working from both sides of the Atlantic and also from Asia, the basic tenets of cultural diversity and social inclusion have become integral to Rangam’s identity. Our people from different ethnolinguistic backgrounds bring a truly unique set of perspectives to drive business results globally. When it comes to supplier diversity, we invest time and resources to raise awareness about the importance of supplier diversity internally with our human resources personnel and program managers, as well as with our clients. We attend various supplier diversity expositions and roundtables nationwide to foster collaborations and accelerate the growth of Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprises (MWBEs) so together we can be better prepared to compete for corporate procurement contracts.

  • Integrity is doing the right thing when nobody is watching. It is a priceless value that we attach to everything we do, not only as a company, but also as individuals with a strong moral compass striving to do our best in life – whether it be helping someone in need of a job or pursuing a personal quest.

  • We are proud to have a “people first” policy, which recognizes that our employees are the ones who produce the products and deliver the services of Rangam. This also means that our employees carry the reputation and image of the organization squarely on their own shoulders. They take ownership and promote our brand to the outside world. We appreciate those who have become an indispensable part of Rangam.

  • We started our journey as a small homegrown business. With goals of connecting people to jobs and improving the way mental health is managed in schools, homes, and workplaces, we knew from the outset that it was imperative for everyone to foster shared values and responsibilities in order to be aligned with regard to prioritization of resources and deliverables. The tradition continues to this day.

  • Rangam delivers an integrated workforce development solution involving a synergy of technology and partnerships. We train and educate our employees and consultants while providing our clients with a large, diverse network of qualified personnel options. All of this – and much more – stems from teamwork and collaboration across different groups within the organization.

Since 2002, Rangam has brought together qualified candidates with valuable positions.
