Our Disability at Work Program

Our mission of Employment for Everyone starts with us.

Rangam has a disability-at-work program to hire qualified autistic, neurodivergent and disabled talent for both internal and external positions. Through this program, we attract, hire, and onboard top talent for permanent and contractual roles, as well as for internship and apprenticeship opportunities, within Rangam.

Upon hiring, we continue to provide training, accommodation, and other types of support necessary for incoming talent to thrive at work.
