Overview

Creating truly inclusive workplaces means going beyond compliance to unlock the unique strengths of every employee. For HR professionals and hiring managers, understanding and implementing reasonable accommodations is key to supporting neurodivergent talent, and building thriving, innovative teams.

In this webinar, we’ll explore practical approaches for creating neuroinclusive workspaces. We’ll cover how to design environments and processes that work for everyone, individual accommodations that can make a meaningful difference, and strategies managers can use to help neurodivergent employees feel supported and empowered. We’ll also discuss how to confidently have conversations with employees about their needs, so accommodations become collaborative, strengths-based solutions rather than challenges.
